First, identify the service you already use.
Similar names can lead to very different services. This website is MaxTv23 at max23.shop. We do not operate Max Reloaded, its old billing portals or accounts purchased through another domain. A working app and an active subscription are separate things; replacing one does not transfer the other.
- Check the domain on your original receipt.
- Keep your existing credentials private.
- Contact the seller of your existing subscription for account-specific help.
Compare the things you can actually test.
A channel total alone will not tell you whether a service suits your home. Make a short list of the channels, commentary, devices and viewing times you care about. Request a MaxTv23 trial and wait for access confirmation before evaluating the service.
- Test your regular channels during your usual evening hours.
- Check picture, sound, guide data and available catch-up separately.
- Compare the full plan price and simultaneous-screen allowance.
Moving to MaxTv23 is a new setup.
A new subscription has its own server details, credentials and expiration date. Existing Max Reloaded balances and subscriptions do not move to this site. You can often keep compatible hardware, but the player and login method must be checked for the new service.
- Select your device in the trial form.
- Ask whether your existing player can be used.
- Choose a paid plan only after reviewing the new service.
If Max Reloaded is not working.
An error on one device is not proof that a whole service has closed. Check your internet connection, subscription expiry, exact server details and the original provider’s notices. We cannot verify another provider’s live status or reset its accounts. Our support handles subscriptions arranged through max23.shop.
