Identify model and method.
Provide the full model and the player or portal screen you intend to use. Some configurations use a MAC-linked portal; others use credentials in a compatible application. Follow the method confirmed for your account.
Supply only the requested identifier.
When the trial form requires a MAC address, copy the relevant value carefully and use the expected format. A router’s Wi-Fi address may not be the same identifier as the player. Do not invent a value or submit another person’s device details.
Keep the setup stable while testing.
Avoid reinstalling or changing identifiers repeatedly while access is being arranged. Test channel switching, guide data and playback, then report the exact behavior. If your device changes, ask support how the account should be updated.
