Match the source to the hardware.
The offering includes HD, FHD, UHD/4K and selected 8K sources, subject to availability. An 8K source needs compatible decoding and display support to deliver its intended result. Upscaling a lower-resolution source is not the same as native detail.
Check audio independently.
If video works but audio is missing, compare another source and the device’s audio-output settings. A soundbar or receiver may support different formats from the television speakers. Describe the complete setup when asking for help.
Subtitles and smooth motion.
Subtitle availability depends on the title and source; appearance depends on the player. For sport, motion and frame rate can matter more than a larger resolution label. Compare available sources and choose the stable option for your setup.
